1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Aequitas Trust website, communications, proposals, and services. By using this website or working with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Aequitas Trust provides mobile app development, product strategy, UX and interface design, security-aware product planning, integrations, maintenance, and related digital product services. Specific scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined in a written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.

3. No Regulated Trust Services

Aequitas Trust is a digital product development company. We do not provide fiduciary, trustee, banking, investment, legal, tax, accounting, securities, or regulated financial services unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement with appropriate authorization.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required materials, system access, credentials, and approvals. Delays in content, access, third-party approvals, or decision-making may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees, payment milestones, billing terms, and expenses are set out in the applicable project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once work has started or a milestone has been delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

After full payment, you receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for your project, excluding pre-existing materials, third-party assets, open-source software, reusable components, tools, frameworks, and Aequitas Trust background technology.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Projects may rely on app stores, hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, identity services, APIs, CRM systems, or other third-party platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing, availability, and privacy practices.

8. Security and Outcomes

We build products with reasonable security-aware practices, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We do not guarantee revenue, user adoption, app store ranking, regulatory approval, or any specific business outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aequitas Trust is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities.
